Each set includes a custom single-sided stretch-fabric print, reusable aluminium frame, stabilising feet, carry bag and artwork file check. Self-collection is free by appointment. Singapore delivery is S$30 per order, rather than per backdrop.

The Standard adds 1m of display width to Compact for S$100 more. Wide adds another 1m for S$150 more. Choose the size that fits your layout, rather than filling every available centimetre.

Measure these four things before ordering

1. Usable width. Measure the clear space where the backdrop will stand. Allow for neighbouring displays, partitions and any access route your organiser requires.
2. Allowed height. All three displays are 2m tall. Check your organiser’s height rules and any low ceiling or overhead fixture.
3. Space for the feet. The stabilising feet need floor space as well as display width. Ask us to confirm the footprint for your chosen size before paying if the space is tight.
4. Your complete booth layout. Include tables, product shelves, chairs, staff and visitors. A backdrop can fit across the back wall while the rest of the booth still feels cramped. Use our booth-layout worksheet to plan furniture, staff access and visibility together.

A booth advertised as 3m wide does not automatically mean a 3m backdrop fits. Use the organiser’s usable dimensions and check clearances, feet and access before deciding.

Need a custom width, height or style?

You can enquire beyond the three standard sizes. Our standard height is 2m, with custom height options up to 4m, subject to the configuration and what is feasible for your venue. Custom dimensions and styles are quoted individually.

Send your preferred width and height, a reference image, booth dimensions and restrictions, and the date you need the backdrop for setup or handover. We check the requested configuration, supporting-foot space, price and timing before confirming it. A custom-size enquiry does not mean every size, shape, stand type or material is available or in stock.

Plan what people will actually see

Draw the backdrop behind your table or shelving, then mark the furniture height on your artwork preview. Keep the brand name and key message in a part of the print that remains visible. Check it from the aisle, not only when standing directly in front of the backdrop.

Check venue rules and your required date

These backdrops are intended for indoor use. If your venue asks for fire certification or another approval, check with us before ordering; certification is not promised. Outdoor safety and suitability are not guaranteed.

Allow 5 weeks from receipt of full payment and approved artwork to delivery/collection. Both full payment and final artwork approval must be complete before that timeline starts. Include any earlier setup, collection or delivery deadline when planning; an event five weeks away does not guarantee fulfilment. We confirm your handover date by email.
