Our standard single-sided complete sets are Compact, 2m W × 2m H at S$299; Standard, 3m W × 2m H at S$399; and Wide, 4m W × 2m H at S$549. All three use the same order-request form. No payment is taken on the website: we confirm the details by email and send an invoice.

Yes. Standard sets are 2m high, and custom dimensions with height options up to 4m can be discussed, subject to configuration and feasibility. Email your required width and height, a reference image, booth restrictions and required handover date. We check what is possible and quote individually; availability of a particular shape, stand or material needs confirmation.

No. It is a tension fabric backdrop with a fitted stretch-fabric sleeve over a reusable aluminium click-together frame, giving you a larger display area than a typical pull-up banner.

Every displayed purchase price covers the complete tension fabric backdrop system: a custom single-sided stretch-fabric sleeve, aluminium frame, stabilising feet, carry bag, artwork file check and tool-free self-assembly. It is not a fabric-only price.

Yes. The lightweight frame is designed to click together without tools, so you do not need an event contractor to assemble it.

Both single-sided and double-sided printing are available. The standard prices displayed here include a single-sided print and the complete frame set. Email us your size and printing requirements for a double-sided quote; we confirm the artwork arrangement before production.

Yes, fabric-only covers are available by enquiry and are quoted separately from complete sets. Send your frame details, photographs, dimensions and any existing template so we can check compatibility. Matching the nominal width and height alone does not establish a fit. We confirm the specification, price and timing before payment.

Self-collection is free by appointment. Singapore delivery for standard complete sets costs S$30 per order; delivery for other configurations is confirmed with your quote. We check your print-ready artwork and send a digital mockup for approval. Graphic design is not included; double-sided printing is available for a separately confirmed price.

We normally cannot accept a new custom order needed in fewer than five weeks. If your deadline is sooner, email your exact delivery or collection date, setup date and artwork readiness before making plans. Any exception needs an individual production and capacity check, followed by explicit confirmation of timing and any extra fee. There is no guaranteed rush service. The calendar’s five-week minimum is a request window, not a delivery promise.

The five-week turnaround starts only after both full payment and final artwork approval are complete, whichever happens later. First enquiry or sending an artwork file does not start the clock. Allow time for preparation, file checks and mockup revisions beforehand. An event five weeks away is not automatically achievable, especially if setup or collection is earlier. We confirm your actual handover date by email.

Ideally, artwork should match the finished backdrop dimensions. For a 3m-wide × 2m-high backdrop, prepare artwork at 3m × 2m and at least 300dpi to help keep the print clear. Ask us for the matching production template and export guidance before finalising your file; bleed, safe areas and file settings must follow the confirmed specification for your configuration.

Yes. Email your existing artwork or a restricted Drive link to kai@cheapgoodbackdrops.com for a preliminary suitability check, with no obligation to purchase. Include the size you are considering and your required handover date. This initial check is not graphic design, final artwork approval or a production reservation, and does not confirm a delivery date. The final file and digital mockup are approved separately after your order details and payment.

For a preliminary check before deciding, email your existing artwork or share a restricted Drive file with kai@cheapgoodbackdrops.com. For a confirmed order, send the final print-ready file after payment with your order reference. No website upload is required. Submit final artwork within three calendar days of payment and reply to each digital mockup within two working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays). We check the final file and send a digital mockup for approval before printing.

Yes. Self-collection is free by appointment. We will email you the collection location and arrangements; please wait for confirmation before travelling. Standard Singapore delivery is a flat S$30 per order.

This product range is primarily intended for indoor events and exhibitions. Outdoor conditions vary, so we do not guarantee outdoor safety or suitability.

We check payment, your approved digital mockup, timing and any change requests before production begins. Allow 5 weeks from receipt of full payment and approved artwork to delivery/collection. We will confirm your handover date and arrangements by email.

Yes. Choose your quantity in the request form. If you need a mix of sizes, explain it in Additional requests; we will confirm the full breakdown, price and timing by email before payment.

If we receive your cancellation before production starts, we refund the full amount, including delivery, without deducting a processing fee. After production starts, change-of-mind cancellations are not normally refundable; we check recoverable costs. Faults, our errors and failure to fulfil are handled separately. Approved refunds are submitted within five working days; bank processing takes additional time. Read the full order and refund policy below.

Email us promptly with your order reference, details and useful photos. We assess the item against the approved digital mockup and order, then provide an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, considering your event date. We cover reasonable return/redelivery costs for a confirmed fault on our side. Reporting promptly does not remove rights for faults discovered later.
