How much does a custom backdrop cost in Singapore?

Start with the complete-set price

A backdrop quote is useful only when you know what it covers. A fabric print on its own, a complete portable display and a built event wall are different purchases. This guide explains our own package prices, rather than claiming an average price for every backdrop supplier in Singapore.

Each CGB set includes one custom single-sided stretch-fabric print, a reusable aluminium frame, stabilising feet, a carry bag and an artwork file check. We send a digital mockup for approval before production. All three display sizes are 2m tall.

Work out your delivery total

The calculation for our standard package is: set price × quantity, plus S$30 if you choose Singapore delivery. Delivery is charged per order, not per backdrop. Two Standard sets in one delivery order therefore come to S$399 × 2 + S$30 = S$828. The same two sets collected by appointment come to S$798.

Tell us if you need separate handovers, a particular venue access arrangement or another exception. Get those arrangements confirmed before treating an estimate as the final amount. Collection details are sent by email; please wait for confirmation before travelling.

Choose single-sided, double-sided or a replacement cover

Single-sided and double-sided printing are both available. The prices above are for complete single-sided sets, including the frame, feet and carry bag. Tell us which printing option you need; we quote double-sided printing separately and confirm the final amount before payment.

Already have a frame? You can enquire about a replacement printed fabric cover without buying another frame. Fabric-only covers are quoted separately and need a compatibility check against your particular frame. Send its make or model if known, dimensions and clear photos, plus any existing template. Matching the nominal width and height alone does not establish a fit; we confirm compatibility before accepting the order.

Leave room for work outside the package

Graphic design is not included in our displayed prices. An artwork file check means checking the print-ready file you supply; it does not mean creating a brand identity or designing the artwork for you. If you need a designer, allow for that work separately before the production timeline begins. Furniture, shelving, lighting, venue fees and booth styling are also separate from the backdrop system. Our Nail Deck project photographs show how a backdrop sits within a furnished booth; those other fittings are not part of the backdrop package. Self-assembly is part of the product’s intended use, so plan who will set it up and pack it away.

Choose the width your layout needs

Moving from Compact to Standard adds 1m of display width for S$100. Moving from Standard to Wide adds another 1m for S$150. The larger choice is useful only if it fits your space and supports the message you want visitors to see.

Measure the usable booth width and height, then include tables, stock, staff space and access routes in your plan. Display width is not the full floor footprint: the stabilising feet need room too. Compare quotes on the same basis

Before comparing the headline amounts from different suppliers, ask each one to confirm:

• The finished display dimensions and whether the price is for a print, a frame or the complete system.
• Single-sided or double-sided printing, and whether a carry bag and supporting feet are included.
• Artwork preparation, file checking, proof approval and any separate design charge.
• Delivery, collection, installation and any applicable taxes or other charges in the final payable total.
• The date you can actually receive it, and what must happen before that timeline starts.

Budget time as well as money

Allow 5 weeks from receipt of full payment and approved artwork to delivery/collection. Both full payment and final artwork approval must be complete before that period starts. First enquiring or submitting artwork does not start the clock, so an event five weeks away does not guarantee fulfilment. We confirm the handover date by email; submitting a request does not reserve production capacity or confirm your event date.

Start with your event date, any earlier setup or handover deadline, size, quantity and delivery or collection preference. There is no online payment at the request stage. We confirm the details, then send an invoice. Use the artwork preparation guide to make the approval steps part of your plan, and read the order and refund policy before committing.

New custom orders needed in fewer than five weeks normally cannot be accepted. Any urgent exception requires an individual timing and capacity check and our explicit confirmation of the deadline and any additional fee. Please check before paying; there is no guaranteed rush turnaround or universal rush surcharge.
